From using the enquiry form online to completion of the service of our two ducted air systems the professionalism was outstanding. I was informed all the way from the team at HQ to the technician who serviced the systems and yes I will be getting them back to do an annual service each year and create a maintenance plan to have our systems running as efficiently as possible.

I had my Actron Air ducted system repaired on 2 August. Tradesman (Connor?) from L2C arrived in time and his performance was second to none- highly professional, quick, courteous. He explained to us every step he was taking to repair our system, and he fixed it! Highly recommended.

I had two guys from LtC coming by yesterday, as my unit’s AC in one of the rooms had been broken since we acquired it. They passed by the next day after making the call, they were here in time, and they fixed it in 20m.

True, it was a bug on the console, but someone else could have got stuck with a non-electrical issue, and these guys didn’t.

This was the 9am service in Erko, cheers!
